In VisionProject you can customize issue fields, issue types, statuses, severities, priorities, custom fields, terminology, etc. This is very powerful for you to be able to have the system modified to be as useful as possible to your organization.

You can specify which issue field you want to use for the specific issue types, rename the field, order the fields and also which access a user group should have for a field.

Custom fields

Sometimes the standard fields that are available in VisionProject aren't enough. Then you can create your own custom fields! Many data types are available for the custom fields: text fields, single and multi-select lists, date and date/time fields, yes/no, Users, Companies.
Custom fields work exactly as normal issue fields so they can be included in saved searches/filters, exported, be access controlled, etc.

You can also define custom fields on Users, in addition to the basic user data. This makes it easy to add user information specific to your own needs.
